Focus St Top Speed Mph

Hey I was wondering what the fastest speed anyone has reached in their focus because I did 3 top speed tests and with stage 3 Cobb tune I got 147 with 3 people in the car on slightly hilly roads with 3/4 mile straights to accelerate but saw 147 each time it kinda stopped there didn't move for 6 seconds of acceleration so I'm assuming that's all it's got with an extra 500 lbs of people weight ? But stock says 155 so idk im just curious.!

150ish is going to be when the car shuts off. Going off science I believe the top speed is around 170? my math may be off though.

150ish is going to be when the car shuts off. Going off science I believe the top speed is around 170? my math may be off though.
im sure there is a calculator online to find top speed by inputting top gear ratio and rev limit.

Im sure the car has more grunt. My Acura GSR hit 145 with ease.. with just bolt on's. My WRX Stage 1 with full bolt ons hit 140 with Ease and that was with an STI hood scoop which im SURE was adding tons of resistance. Even my 2013 VT with intake / exhaust pegged 140 easy.
If you look online, there are videos of ppl hitting 150-156Mph. Give or take a few.

LOL I edited my post just because I did not want to get flamed by all the douches on here, but yeah I am all for idiots being idiots by themselves but dont risk three other peoples lives or anyone elses for that fact.

If I remember correctly, our cars are going to be limited by wind resistance somewhere in the 150s. Can't speak from experience though, I stopped at about 125-130

Ah so I was not too far off, I guess if you go for a full 7k rpm on this thing, 190-200 sounds right, but I was not sure how much this car would be pulling in 6th and all the other factors like road length, etc.

I wouldn't do it if they didn't agree to it before hand trust me. I know my limits but I told them they didn't care at all and conditions were near perfect .. ( no wind about 74 degrees outside ) But on a happier note I know the roads and it was 3:30am on a 4 way highway nice fresh paved roads with 75 mph speed limit absolutely no cars on the road and the car was surprisingly comfortable at those speeds lol .. Absolutely no swerving from wind or any abnormalities so that makes me happy lol

There is no way an ST is going to get 190-200 mph without major engine work. Our cars are not capable of over coming the wind resistance with the hp currently being produced.

Not sure of the mph, but hit 6200rpms-ish in 5th. Side by side w/ another stg 3 ST the whole time from mod 4th on. Good race....on the streets of Mexico of course.
